Means of communication

The Board of Directors of the Company approves and takes on record the quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial results in the Performa prescribed by Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement within the respective stipulated period.

The approved financial results are forthwith sent to the Listed Stock Exchanges and are published in the newspapers as per the requirements of Clause 41.
Management Discussion and Analysis report forms part of Annual Report, which is posted to the shareholders of the Company.
